Take a microwave safe mug (10-12oz capacity) Add the milk and Oreos, and use a fork to crush the Oreos fully until the mixture resembles a paste of sorts Add the oil, vanilla and sugar, and use the same fork to stir until combined Lastly, sift in the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Use the fork to gently mix until just combined, taking care not to overmix Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (it takes me around 85s) until the cake is fully cooked While still warm, sprinkle over chocolate chips so they melt from the heat of the cake. Spread the chocolate, and top off with crushed Oreos Serve and enjoy!
