What you need

cup unsalted butter

cup sour cream

cup granulated sugar

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp kosher salt

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and prep a loaf pan with parchment paper and butter Melt the butter in a nonstick saucepan and stir over medium-low heat until it melts. Turn the heat to the lowest flame, add the granulated and brown sugars, and stir for 1-2 minutes Remove from heat and wait ~5 minutes. Then add the eggs and vanilla and whisk for 1-2 minutes until a smooth, silky mixture forms Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt, and fold gently until mixed in Lastly, fold in the sour cream Pour the batter into the prepped loaf pan, and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar mixture Bake for ~50 or so minutes until the banana bread is cooked through Rest for 20 minutes in the loaf pan before turning out and enjoy!View original recipe
