Red Velvet Brownies

A simple Red Velvet Brownie recipe to add some sweetness to your Valentine’s or Galentine’s! These are so easy to make and taste amazing (especially if you go extra heavy handed with the chocolate 😉)

What you need
cup dark chocolate chips

cup cane sugar

tsp kosher salt

food color

oz white chocolate chips

tsp baking powder

cup cocoa powder

cup all purpose flour

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 335F and prep a 9” pan - Mix butter, sugar and cocoa powder in a heat proof bowl. Place it over a double boiler and whisk until the mix becomes really glossy and the sugar dissolves (2-3 min) - Remove from heat and let cool for 3 min. Then break in the eggs one at a time and whisk until combined - Sift in the dry ingredients and gently fold in - Add in color and combine - Lastly fold in chopped chocolate. - Transfer batter to the pan and Bake for 18-19 min - Rest at room temperature for at least 15 min before diving in!View original recipe
