tbsp all purpose flour

tbsp granulated sugar

tsp unsweetened cocoa

oz dark chocolate bar

tbsp unsalted butter

Pre-heat oven to 335F (conventional) and prepare a mini loaf pan / ramekin / muffin cups by brushing with butter or nonstick spray Add the butter and chocolate to a small heat-safe bowl, and microwave in 15s increments until they are melted and warm Add the cocoa powder and whisk it in Break one egg in a separate bowl and whisk to break it down. Take 1 tablespoon (which is about ¼ of an egg) and add it to the batter.
